We’ve got four UK meetings – at Wincanton, Kelso, Southwell and Chelmsford City – to get stuck into on Thursday 2nd February.
Southwell’s eight-race card gets the action started, the opener set for 13:00 and the finale scheduled for 16:30, and Betfred’s ‘Free Bet if 2nd’ offer will be available to utilise in the 14:00 – a Division 1 Handicap over six-furlongs.
The Alan Brown-trained Atrafan comes into the race on the back of three straight victories and is 5/1 to make it a quartet of wins, while Sir Gregory and Brazen Arrow are both last-time-out winners and are priced at EVS and 13/2, respectively.
Next up is Wincanton’s eight-race offering, which goes from 13:10 until 16:40, before attention then swings north of the border to Scotland’s Kelso racecourse, where there are six races to get stuck into (13:50-16:20).

The final race at Kelso – a Handicap Hurdle over 2m 4f 189yds at 16:20 – benefits from Betfred’s extra place promotion and there could be some interest in Lucinda Russell’s Aurora Thunder, who was victorious last time out and is 5/1 to repeat that feat.
Last, but by no means least, the action is brought to a close with Chelmsford City’s seven-race card. The opener is set to go off at 16:55 before the final race of the day at 20:00.
The ‘Free Bet if 2nd’ offer covers the 18:30 and there is an extra place to take advantage of in the 19:30, while the 17:30 is Betfred’s Super Extra Place Race and they are paying four places at a fifth of the odds.
