The opening card comes from Newcastle, where the going is good for a 12:20 start.

Newcastle’s eight-race card comes to a close at 16:00 with a novices’ handicap hurdle contest over two miles and seven furlongs.
The first of eight races at Limerick soon follow, where the going is yielding to soft.
A claiming hurdle starts proceedings at 13:10, while races at 13:40, 14:10, 15:40 and 16:10 are all covered by Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotion, with the card coming to a close at 16:40.

Tuesday’s evening card comes from Wolverhampton, with seven races planned between 16:50 and 19:50.

Adrian Wintle sends Creek Harbour (7/2) to the Midlands track for the second time in quick succession, and the seven-year-old could run a big race after blowing off the cobwebs last time out.
